The Song: Misleading lights of town
“Misleading lights of town” is the title track from Vincenzo Grieco’s first album. It’s about a person who’s driving late at night in a big city, trying to escape from the sense of fear in his mind. While driving, he realizes that all the lights that he sees are not going to comfort him. The imaginary spider web inside his mind represents Vincenzo’s own phobia.

If you could pick any of the big tours you want to be on, which one would you pick to be on and why? – asked by Lou Lombardi on Episode 014
The Song: Edge of the World
Edge of the World is the second single from our debut album “Shades of Dusk” and is a good representation of the diverse sound that Night’s Edge brings. It’s a mix of chugging metal, gothic keys, and dancy drums that creates a very distinct atmosphere that is the band’s own.
Band biography If you threw a banger in a haunted house, NIGHT’S EDGE would be your entertainment for the evening. Gothic yet fun, the band combines 80’s arena rock with dance grooves and a punk attitude. NIGHT’S EDGE doesn’t sound like anybody else.

NIGHT’S EDGE doesn’t look like anybody else either. The band performs covered in fluorescent glowing paint, adding a psychedelic, cyber-punk aesthetic to an already explosive live show. NIGHT’S EDGE owns the stage and the crowd’s attention.
“Shades of Dusk”, the debut album from NIGHT’S EDGE dropped on June 29, 2019. I really like it when people talk about their live show memories because I feel like the craziest stuff happens. So I wanted to know, what’s a really great live show memory that you have? – asked by Marina of Echoheart in Episode 013
The Song: Where Have All The Acid Queens Gone?
Where Have All The Acid Queens Gone is a song about the days of psychedelic exploration. I wrote it to commemorate that era and also to say that we have lost something. There are some fun Easter Eggs in the song with references like “our merry prankster friends” and “electric cherry Koolaid”. The protagonist is singing to a girl, presumably one of the acid queens. While Tina Turner played the Acid Queen in the film version of Tommy, it’s also a reference to some of the other ladies who rocked that late sixties/ early seventies era; like Grace Slick, Mama Cass, and of course the great Janice Joplin.
Musically, the song is straight up hard rock with a singable catchy chorus. The guitar solo has this slightly out of time feel which we intentionally did as a way of showing how out of touch the world is today with that era of mental exploration.
About Lou Lombardi
Band Location: Pittsburgh, PA USA Band Genre: Hard Rock
When a teenage Trekker from a devout Christian upbringing realized that he couldn’t join the crew of the Enterprise, he did the next best thing; he picked up a guitar, traded his Larry Norman praise music for ‘real’ rock n’ roll and never looked back.
Lou ‘Loudini’ Lombardi has been rocking the Pittsburgh PA area and beyond for over 20 years with his high octane brand of classic hard rock, as a solo artist, with his band Strangelove and as a freelance songwriter and session player for acts including Carly Simon and Billy Joel collaborator Pete Hewlett.
He is the host of the Loudini Rock And Roll Circus podcast, broadcasting weekly to a global audience and has conducted extended interviews with a wide roster of musicians, including recent chats with Alice Cooper guitarist Nita Strauss and Nancy Wilson of Heart. And even if he never did fly to the stars, he came close when he opened for KISS’s space-ace Ace Frehley.
We wrote this song when we thought that the band might fall apart. We were just off the heels of releasing and touring our previous EP when our guitarist needed to step back from the project. This song is all about grieving the good times and preparing for what’s about to come. It’s about trying to approach your pain positively and rebuild instead of wallowing in sadness over what you once had.
Band Location: Rockville, MD USA Band Genre: Indie Rock
Echoheart is a two-piece pop-rock band from Rockville, Maryland. Consisting of Marina Heath (21) on guitar and vocals and Pablo Hannan (20) on drums, we have been going non-stop since 2015. We have been consistently putting out EPs and singles, music videos, and doing self-booked tours across the east coast and mid-west. Echoheart is known for our high energy and personable stage presence.
The 3 Questions for Richard Lynch – (Listen for the answers)
Being a “traditional country” artist, are there any influences outside your genre that your fans would be surprised to hear that you have?
What hurdles did you have to overcome in your journey to becoming a musician, and why?
Do you think it is more wise to play more shows in a month and get in front of more people knowing that you will have less fans at each show, or is it better to play less shows to build them up really big and have a more quality show because you’re playing less (asked by Derek Smith of The Cosmic Vultures)
The Song: Pray on the Radio
This song is truly inspirational,” says Lynch. “I was traveling down the highway with my wife Donna and speaking to a DJ on the radio, for an interview. After talking for awhile, he suddenly said, ‘would you mind praying with me on the radio?’ That was indeed a first, and I suddenly found myself with a head and heart full of lyrics.

The 3 Questions for The Cosmic Vultures – (Listen for the answers)
Dave Grohl has a habit of inviting people up on stage to play. What band would you want to sit in with?
If you could go back in time and spend one year observing one band; what year would you go back to, what band would you observe, and why?
What’s THE most important thing to NOT mess up on stage during a show? (asked by Kris Kilohertz of Oceans to Ash)
being in tune
the guitar solo
telling the crowd you have merch
not screwing up saying the other band’s names on the bill
The Song: Angel Dust
Within the lyrics I talk about being “dragged down the Mariana”. I’ve always had a fear of the ocean and the Mariana Trench. The song is a messed up dream I had dealing with meeting “the hounds of Hell” and becoming someone’s “drug”. Hence “Now I’m somebody’s angel dust.”
